Having spent my childhood in Fort Lauderdale, I attended Fort Lauderdale High School. I earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Evansville in Indiana. I returned home and earned a Master Of Science degree in Management and Public Service from Nova University in Davie, Florida
As a 68 year resident of Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach Shores. I am aware of the Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach market and all of the buying and selling trends in Palm Beach & Broward County. I have been a professional in Real Estate and Mortgage Finance having worked for more than 38 years in the area.
Having first acquired a real estate license in Fort Lauderdale in the mid 70′s and a Mortgage Brokers license in 1984. I have trained and assisted hundreds of people in Real Estate Finance and Home Sales.I have a unique understanding of the Florida market.
I have achieved the designation of GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Community Association Manager, CAM, and a Real Estate Brokers license. I have worked in mortgage lending for Chase Home Lending for 23 years. I have worked in the mortgage business as a loan officer, an account executive, a regional production manager and a Senior Vice President, responsible for the Southeast and Western United States operations and sales. All of my experience in home lending is exemplary. With Interest Rates at all time lows, I have an active NMLS license my Mortgage Brokers NMLS 268052 license and now am associated with American Residential Mortgage.
